Worst! Cheating! Triggered! Bad with Liquor Bar small! Not place to visit with the family, No curtesy.
This is my Booking id D0WP0764, I booked room on the last week of December to stay on 10th Jan 2023 with the amount of 1300 and offer was 55% then I paid remaining amount 576 Rs, When I reached to check in Hotel manager asking to pay the 55% of the offer amount, I wondered do you need offer amount 55% to pay. surprised and called to the Oyo support under "Ticket ID: 4361362699| Ticket Type: SIG Escalations| Resource ID: D0WP0764" they forced to pay the amount of leave the property and they cancelled my booking. they asked to pay 1300 rupees to stay and no one will stay there reason in the ground floor Bar is there full smell and shouting with bad words. I made big mistake I should not trust Oyo, Please stay away with this hotel and Oyo! for the escalation no one reached to me yet for the clarifcation, OYO just cheating the people in the name of offer . . BE AWARE AND DO NOT TRUST! Not suitable place to stay in this hotel.
