I recently booked this oyo room for me and my girlfriend since we were travelling and need a place to spend a night and this oyo was the closest from the airport so without wating any further time we booked it.
It was basically a bunglow of 1Bhk and the pictures they are showing of the property on their app was really attractive and since it was a home and we were paying for the 1Bhk bunglow, we obviously wanted all of the 1Bhk to us because we booked it just because the space an home has instead of booking a cozy 1 room.
The moment we went to oyo for our stay, it was a shock to see that the bunglow was not 1bhk but it had many rooms probably more than 4 and it didnt say anything on their app of the property containing many rooms. they had mentioned specifically that the property was 1bhk. The cost for the room was high too and we were paying for 1bhk but the staff just gave us 1 room and the kitched were to shared among other people who were staying in the same bunglow. The utensils and kitchen appliances were not working. the induction, oven, gas stove were all not working. the refrigerator was very dirty. the sink was stinking. The kitchen was totally unhygenic. The main shock was that the staff was sleeping in the living room. we couldnt get any privacy and their was no security guard. we just had to stay in our room. thankfully the room was pretty good and it had nice ambience to it but again the bathroom was not well lit and the shower was not properly functioning. The total experience was a rip off!
( 1) Room Quality: - The room was very nice. the bedsheets were properly cleaned. the room was hygenic, had some fragnance to it. It was well lit. had a dressing table and a mordern wardrobe to keep our stuff!
( 2) Guest services: - Their was no guest service and none the staff cared to explain us why. It was like the staff didnt care.
( 3) Food and Presentation: - This may come shocking to you guys but they actually didnt cook food. We had to order food online from zomato.
( 4) Ambience: - The ambience was pretty good apart from kitchen.
( 5) Value for money: - I would say please do not book any rooms on this property as it was a total rip off for us and we couldnt even cancel our stay since we had already paid money online. its not worth it, you will just be wasting your money and you wont be happy with it.
