I booked a hotel with Oyo Rooms in Delhi and I booked as per the description shown in the app. But When I visited the room, it was completely shocking as it was whole contrast to the pictures and description that was given in the app.
The pictures in the app showcases a clean and huge rooms and king sized bed with attractive blankets and all. But in real the bed is so dirty and too rough with stains etc. The room is so small. The Air conditioner is not working properly and there was no lights in wash room and it was too unhygienic.
Don't get cheated with the pictures and description that were shown in the app and website. No value to our money at all. Big Thumbs Down to Oyo Rooms.
