I once used oxigen wallet for few months, but after about 3 months of usage I stopped using the app. I had experienced many issues while using the wallet.
1) The main issue is that there is a limit to the amount that can be deposited in the mobile wallet and also for daily spend. So not a good option for high value transactions.
2) Another irritating feature is that it requires a one-time password each time we login.
3) It is very slow and hangs a lot.
4) There is no option for checking various recharge packs for respective telecom operators unlike other wallets.
5) It is very much mobile phone dependent. If we forgot our phone and login using our friend's phone, it creates another 6 digit password whenever we load from a new device. So we get a new password to remember the next time we load with our mobile.
6) There is also no option to transfer the account to another mobile number. So when I started using jio sim o could not transfer the wallet to the new number and thus had to stop using it.
Now I will mention the pros:
1) It is simple and easy to use.
2) Most of the facilities including recharge money transfer to friend, bank etc are available.
3) The customer service is okay. I once contacted regarding issue with transaction and they said they will check into the matter and I got the cashback.
