I ordered one pizza and one drink from ovenstory pizza via online delivery. The delivery was handled by the outlet itself, what happened is it dhowed that delivery will be done in 30 mins but it got delivered in 50 minutes. Now my younger brother went to pickup the order from main door, as it was pre paid. When I received it, the pizza was cold, and one toppings from the pizza was missing. Also the food was spilling, also the shake was not thick and taste was very much bad. I personally felt that outlet is cutting cost or something but not providing right quality. I registered the complainant with ovenstory, they told that they will replace the pizza within 50 mins and asked me to wait. I kept the pizza, and waited for the delivery, now no delivery happened and customer care person said that they cannot deliver so they will refund and it will come in 48 hours. Guess what no refund came, now after 2 days I went to outlet they told me to contact customer care only or the online delivery partner. Ultimately no response came and my money got wasted.
