I have an account in obc bank in haryana Jhajjar branch I am using this bank from last 2 years but I am not satisfied with the service of this bank.
Phone Banking : - phone banking service of this bank is very slow and complicated compared to the other banks phone service.
Atm availability : - this is the commercial bank and have less branches in our area that is why this bank don't provide atm ?? to every village or city that is why we are facing a lot of problems.
Internet Banking : - Internet banking service of this bank is not good it takes a lot of time to load and there is also problem in loading the site of this bank.
Customer service : - customer service that they provide is very slow they take a lot of time to provide service to its customers.
