Communications over the phone with a personnel is very irritating with sometimes the phone number switched off or most of the times busy.
Their tour guide lack knowledge and the hotels they make you stay in are okay. They give you food like two or three times a day other times you are on your own which I do not like because I like services with proper order and respect which most of the tour agencies out here lack.
