This bus operator is the worst service provider so far in my experience. They have substandard service with arrogant staff. Their buses are of poor quality although they charge a premium.
Their bus met with an accident due to rough driving by the driver while my wife was traveling today.
Their Redbus reviews are inflated, and please do not trust their reviews on Redbus. You do not even have an option to write a review there.
To top it, they do not allow you to carry even a small sized carton. So please keep that in mind while choosing this service provider. Their driver took additional 200/- rs for taking it along by hiding it inside the bus.
Orange travels - you should try starting an airlines. I think you are simply wasting your time running your service on roads:)
