I Was working as a financial adviser in this company and I left this company after 4 months of my working . Working environment in this company is very bad as all the staff is playing dirty game of politics with each other and also they everyone is very believed in caste system . Salary in the company is very low as compare to the hard work they are given to employee, sometimes we have to worked for more than 8 hours because my senior said so and they even didn't pay anything for that hard work and dedication toward work. There is no career growth in the company as the senior in the company only give promotion to the corrupted employee, choosing them for there caste and politics . Many of my colleague are fired in front of me by there senior's with no genuine reason's and that show's there is no job security in this company . Over-all this is bad company for my career so I resign the job after 4 months of my work .
