I have 3 Croma AC units registered under Onsitego extended warranty. Everytime a request is raised for a cooling problem, it takes me multiple calls and escalations before the issue is resolved. The recent one is a request raised on May 25, 2024. Every 3-4 days, they cancel the previous request and generate a new one to show as if issues are being resolved timely. No visits and no solution for 10+ days in peak summer.
This time I have collected all evidence of service calls with them and decided to take legal action. Lets see if the consumer court can help me.
