Online shopping is both funny and risky. We are totally unaware about the ordered package that will it be genuine or look-a-like copy. Sharing our online shopping experience help others and creates awareness about the product quality.
Well I am sharing few after online shopping tips which help others:
When we order any product from E-commerce portal like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Infibeam, Paytm etc. there is a option to rate the product and review the product. We must share our experience with ordered product and service of the E-commerce company from where we purchased the product. Our review help others for choosing the same product.
We must rate the sellers from which we ordered the product. All E-commerce portals are not directly selling the products and they actually playing the key role of bridge between the sellers and(we) purchasers. Rating them help others to choose the genuine seller.
We must share the pictures of the product if found damaged, duplicate, fake to bring the fraud in the knowledge of E-commerce company and also to the general public who are looking for the same product. It help to save others from fraud.
Do rate product also. It not only help people for decision making(to purchase or not) but also encourage sellers if they are selling genuine products or discourage them if they are selling fake products.
You are also considered as Loyal customer by E-commerce companies if you rate and share review after making purchase from them based on your personal experience with the product.
