Initially I paid around Rs1800/ to lodge a complaint like one time fee. Subsequently, to serve legal notice, asked Rs 5800/ . I suggested, why can't take it from compensation? Just careful with them. Discuss the fee structure prior to accepting their services..
They are more keen in collecting the fee, rather than serving us
