I can say it is online illegal india. I am a common man who lives on a monthly salary. Approached this company for a case where some emotion was involved (Airtel deactivated my 15 years old number). But again this company cheated me by making me to pay amount from my salary, which is useless, because there is a supreme court directive in the favour of Airtel. When I asked for refund, they are bluntly saying that it is not possible. Lost my hard earned money
