Choosing online legal India was the worst decision ever for below mentioned reasons.
They have the worst customer service. You can't call them cause the numbers are always not reachable. Every time you need to request a call back and then they will get connected to you. You lose a lot of time. Also, the number which they share in email for customer service does not work.
When you get connected to the customer service executives using the number from their website they are clueless about what is happening and they will only tell that the concerned person will get connected to you.
My case went to 4 different people and every time repeating the story to everyone was a pain. Finally, it went to a lady Shalini from GST department who was least bothered to call back even after multiple call back requests.
After multiple calls to customer service and demanding refund, She did needful for GST registration but it was useless as we got a call for physical documents verification and there we got to know that NOC is valid only in case of blood relation or between husband wife. And the one which we shared with their guidance was utter waste.
We had discussed about the availability of documents at the beginning itself. If there were problems with the documents they should have told us that with these documents it won't work or should have guided us in a proper way, how we were told things at GST office. But they just wanted to do business with their limited knowledge and they wasted such a long time only to initiate the registration process. (Paid the amount on 15th Sept, they initiated GST registration on 15th Nov)
After this, I logged in to my account using credentials to check the details and found few details were wrongly mentioned. I wasted 2 months for a work that takes 7 days. In the beginning, when they want to sell their service they will call you back to back and would be very active till you pay. And then the real story starts.
Thanks to escalation manager who at least had a courtesy to know what Shalini spoke to me and instructed her certain things. Also, their Twitter handle was little helpful to flag my problem and speed up the process.
At the end, it was a pathetic experience. Waste of time, money, efforts due to lack of knowledge of people working with them, poor customer friendly support system, poor communication channels. Please don't trust them. Save yourself from scam and mental torture.
