A few months back, I thought I should get a microwave oven. So I purchased An Onida Power Grill, thinking that even since the shop people are suggesting it is a good model, it is worth a try. I got it from Shah's which is a reputed shop in Chennai. Initially everything went fine.
So I thought my selection is good. But after a few months, several switches and knobs in the panel started malfunctioning. So I had to switch the mains on and off many times so that the knobs would function. Despite many efforts, and servicing the product is not satisfactory. So in future I would be wary before going for any Onida Products.
