I bought this Onida L024JRD 60 CM LED TV four months back. It came with a 5-year warranty. Showroom address is Yamuna Electronics, Bhabha Bazar, Rajkot. TV The main attraction of buying this product was it's a solid look. Shop executive gave us a very convincing demo. That is why we chose this product. but within the use of 2 months, it started showing some scratchers and square box on the screen.
we immediately contacted Showroom service department. they told us that we have to launch a complaint to Ahmedabad head office. because there is no service station at Rajkot or Jamnagar. for this product. when we inquire about other showrooms they said that Onida has a service station in every town of Gujarat.
If I tell you about value for money, it is not a useful product for use. but if you asking about looks, it is definitely a eye candy. finally, it took almost 40+ days to repair my TV. I must tell you they are very slow in giving service. I can't recommend this product to anyone with confidence.
