I had the opportunity to be a part of the OnePlus 5T launch. OnePlus has launched another flagship killer in the market, already dominated by the likes of iPhone 8, X and Note 8.
5T has a host of amazing features which will surely give its competitors a run for their money.
Screen - The device has a 6 inches screen, greater than the now standard 5.5 inches. 6 inches is pretty big for a phone and may prove cumbersome for people with smaller hands. It has a 401 ppi which is impressive. The screen looks fantastic and the colours stand out brilliantly.
OS - 5T ships with the latest Android Nougat. It should be upgradable to Oreo. Nougat should perform nicely on this phone.
Processor - The 4x2.45 GHz processor seems blazing fast on paper as for now. But its real test will be in real life usage when it is subjected to heavy tasks and applications.
Camera - OnePlus 5T has a dual primary camera(20MP+16MP) and a 16MP secondary selfie camera. OnePlus cameras aren't known to be market leaders but these specifications should stand the test of time.
Sensor - It has a fingerprint ID sensor which guarantees security and user friendliness. I am currently using the 3T and can vouch for fingerprint ID.
Battery - 5T has anon removable 3300mAh battery with their properitory dash charging which guarantees a day's charge in half and hour. The battery can support you for an entire day easily and even if you use it heavily, dash charging will be to your rescue. Just plug it and you are good to go in 30 minutes.
All in all, the 5T seems to be an impressive phone that will definitely disrupt the market again, just like its predecessors.
