Today I am going to talk about OnePlus 5T phone. And I am really very disappointed with this phone only because of one major problem and that is the battery problem. Recently I have bought this new phone of oneplus company and from the next day I am facing the battery and the notification issues.
The notification issue is that when you get a message or any notification in your phone for example what'sapp or Instagram messages and you tap on that particular notification it does not open up
The battery problem is that when the battery of the phone comes to 0% and you keep the phone for charging, the process of charging is very slow as per the oneplus company has claimed for this one plus 5t phone. The company has claimed that when the phones battery comes to 0% and you keep the phone for charging, within 30 minutes you get enough battery to use your phone with the help of Dash Charging feature. That means you get almost 60-80% battery charged in just 30 minutes as per the company claims but its sad to say that I am not getting that benefit from this phone.
And when contacted customer care and technical heads of oneplus near me in kapurbawdi thane, the executives there are only calling me for visits and checking the problems with the phone and telling that there are no problems with the phone which I am dealing with. The customer care executives are not supportive, they only give time when the problem will be solved but do not solve the problem and do not update what exactly the problem is. Overall the phone is good except the issue I am facing right now.
I am requesting them for a replacement for my phone but they are not working on it.
I mean what's the sense in buying a rs. 38, 000 phone with so much excitement if you are not getting the major and the basic purpose solved.
This is the worst experience I have ever had from any of my phones that I have used so far.
