Oneplus 5 is the latest flagship phone from oneplus and comes with a 5.5 inch full hd display, upto 8 gb ram and dual back camera camera setup. Oneplus 5 is one of the best cost effective flagship phone available at present with such a high speculations. Taking about the key specs of the phone.
First the display as I mentioned is 5.5 inch optic amoled, with corning gorilla glass 5. The screen resolition is full hd, 1920×1080 pixels.
It runs on operating system 7.1.1 noughat oxygen os. The processor is octa core.
It comes with ram of 6/8 gb and internal memory of 64/128 gb. The camera is dual with 16 and 20 MP.
Now I will mention few of the pros and cons I have noticed till now.
Pros:
1) Excellent performance and speed. The phone has good ram and storage. So there isn't any lag even while playing big games.
2) Another astonishing feature is the dash charging. The phone is completely charged within 1 hour.
3) The cameral quality is top class. Provides optic clear images and dual camera feature has been great.
4) It also supports dual sim.
5) Another feature iam impressed is the look and design. It is very classy looking.
6) The network is excellent. There has been no iaaue with the networking.
7) Very good software.
8) Finally not to mention the cost effectiveness. One of the best flagship at the given price.
Cons:
1) There is no microSD card slot. Moreover the charging point being type c connector, wont support the otg pendrives. So if we have to format the phone or copy data, type c otg cable connector has to be bought for using an otg pendrive in this phone.
2) The phone even being costly one is not waterproof.
3) Lack of optical image stabilization is a drawback of the oneplus 5 camera.
4) The customer care service has to be improved. It is not available in most of the areas. In my state itself ( kerala) , it is available only at two or three places. So if there is any issue, we have to travel a lot to the customer centre to get it repared.
So overall I would recommend thia phone to those who like purchacing flagship phones or those who are heavy gamers.
