Bought Oneplus 10R 5G recently from amazon India it was fulfilled to me on 28-Sep-2022 and it’s been 2.5 months, however within the span of 2.5 months the phone is not responding accurately, this could be due to multiple updates sent by one plus co., the major issues I am facing up is even the call recording button is enabled on my phone however only rare calls are getting recorded, so I have to undergo with an unpleasant experience. I understand that any update or patch release must be tested internally before releasing in the market. but all recent release is pathetic and looks like it carries a lot of bugs.
Multiple issues with the 10R 5G
1) Not a friendly user phone.
2) The apps and applications don’t respond within the expected time frame
3) Call records are not working properly
4) Sometimes phone hangs, however, I need to restart it whenever face this issue
5) During the calls to some extent even if the person is over the call goes silent neither I can hear the voice of the other side nor my voice can be heard by the other person.
6) Even though I am in a height place or complete network place the voice over the call goes broken very frequently.
7) Also, when I click on any app over the phone instead app getting opened it takes me to the google browser first then auto navigates to the play store. which is pathetic.
Also, there are a few more issues Not worth 38k phone
Customer support takes things lightly, One plus intention is to capture the market and ignore the customer and cook stories
