It is one of the worst shopping website . There products are very low in quality . I think there are plenty of online shopping website so its difficult to stay in the competition.
The quality of products which they are offering is not matched with product quality of other online shopping website. My suggestion is this they have to improve their product range and also have to improve their customer support system so that user can get the required reply of their queries.
