Well when hird about the new book of chetan ,which was base on BPO because this was the first book on bpo .really like the first book of cheatan thas 5 points for some but was just a great park year ,and I was zoome to herd about his new thoughs comming book and I have read the book and passout to my friends .the heading of the was soo powerfull that this edation will rock in the market but I never find headline maching to the store in the book is was just one line but extended to a book ,chetan it was a great pease of work that u have done but best of luck for next one and get some good stores which will keep you fanes in touch with u,well if you have a time I have a store that is 365 day in call center,the name of the book tha u have selected that is great any one can inspire just by the name the book has it diffrent out then you comper to call center .center has it owne work life that u have mension in the book the is great but not to my extend because I worked in call centers its just as semiler to other industries but with new HR system
