Story:

There is an illusion surround over this writer that he writes good literature. But, let me be very frank.after his book Five point someone.all the books he has written are piece of crap(when you look at it from the perspective of literature).

If you just want to pass time or escape from reality for a while then you can read his books.but that too sucks. One night at call centre deals with the life and issues of BPO employees. How they are all unsatisfied with their life and how they manage to survive with positive sense of life and all that crap.

Let me tell you honestly.characterization is so shallow that you don't feel a thing about any character. It is basically a book which is there for no reason. Chetan Bhagat is a celebrity writer so he writes anything and people buy it. Actually.

Chetan Bhagat is the worst thing happened to Indian literature. People read his books and think that they are reading good books.so parameter of good books has changed because of him. One night at call centre is a story of a night at call centre revolving around the group of employees who have their own ways of looking at life and the book explores their perceptions. I have worked ina call centre and I know it is not how it works. Total superficial crap. Sorry, Chetan.please stop writing the books.enough now.
