One 2 ka Four Review:

Its been Long time A.R.Rahman composed melodious songs like this for hindi filmdom.All the songs are very melodious,none are not catchy,but its pitty the album isnt a hit,and more the album been never reviewed by anyone,its a great honour to review for this album!!

1.Khamoshiyan - Sonu Nigam & Lata Mangeshkar

• The Album kicks of with an amazing track which is 100% melodious.The Starting of the song simply amazed me with such an souldful tune.The interludes are simply superb.This kind of songs are not easy to compose.Rahman,Hats off!!

2.Sona Nahi - Alka Yagnik & Udit Narayanan

-Amazing,Amazing.This is might not be the Hindi kind of flavour as its rich with South flovour,such as kummi claps,the tabla beats,the way the tune moves,but its just an amazing song which I can get my ear off.Its been few years its released & im still not bored of it yet!!The ending is amazing they way the nadaswaram comes in 2 tune,each in 1 speaker,its spendid!Rahman is genius!

3.I Am Sorry - Udit Narayanan, Srinivas & Poonam Bathia

-Typical Rahman composition,very welly handled.The 1st interlude is something different.Some how Rahman manage to compose it,and also gave it with excellent singers which is very suitable.Some how it will not grow on u if you are expecting another Sona Nahi or Khamoshiyan.

4.One Two Ka Four Theme - Clinton & Others

When I first heard it,i was '' What in the world is this??Is this Rahman?''The tune is shockingly new & the style is definetly very different.As usual normal Rahman formular,it grows on you the more u listen to it.Some how now its called Brilliant Score.

5.Osaka Muraiya - Sonu Nigam & Rajeshwari

-Its a cool type of song,not very catchy on the first listening,im comfartable with the song,but not crazy over the song.Its good on its own way.The interludes is good.Certain part of the song is haunting.

6.Allay Allay - Sukhwinder Singh & Shaan

-Its a joyfull song which is quite plain for Rahman standard.But it has some interesting interludes.The usage of train sound is beeing used on the background.The flute piece is soothing.

7.Khamoshiyan II - Sonu Nigam & Lata Mageshkar

I already gave a review on the first version,nothing different on this second version EXCEPT the second interlude which is changed to a different haunting once,& lyrics after the interlude,the second version interlude is also haunting,it gets the same rating.

8.Hai Dil ki Bazi Laga - Alka Yagnik & Sonu Nigam

• This song is simply amazing.The Instruments arranged very well by Rahman.The tune as usual haunting & humable.The interludes are simply mindblowing,This song is the pick of the album.Very superbly arranged & composed.

9.Tham Gaya Toofan ( Not included in the CD/Cassette)

-A very short song,its used as a background music,at the ending of the movie,an execellent piece of music,but sad its nor released,i have to enjoy the song by recording the song into a mp3.Very soulful & soothing song from Rahman Yet again.

Overall the album gets an 8/10 ratings.If your are looking for typical Rahman composition,then this is the album I would recomend u S.ome how Hai Dil ki Bazi Laga song has the 'Tamil' flavour.So Does Sona Nahi & Khamoshiyan.Maybe Rahman was in Tamil mood while composing the songs.You wont regret buying the Cd/Cassette.
