If I have to chose a good pain relief gel, I will surely go for Omnigel. I have been using this product from past 4 years. I play Badminton and sometimes I do get cramps or acute pains in the joints.
What I do is take a warm shower and then apply uniformly Omnigel on the area. It does not burn like the other products available in the market but the reaction is good and it relieves the pain to a great level.
I will surely recommend this product.
