No need to read hundreds of reviews, this review is enough to know everything about "Omni" hospitals.
We admitted our dad in Kurnool Omni hospital but this review is applicable to all Omni branches, I observed that hospital staff to be very negligent, very very negligent.
A) They took 4 hours to admit my dad which is unusual, imagine a patient's struggle waiting that long B) Some tablets have to be given on empty stomach but nurses did not give. C) When the saline is about to complete I informed nurses but they did not come, called several times but no use, after saline is completed blood started to flow back I got tensed, begged them to come then they came and removed it, I have uploaded those photos also you can check it. not only for this one for anything if you call nurses they won't come. D)Scan to be done on empty stomach in the morning but they did not inform us, so, during day time he had to wait for 8 hours without eating food & medicine, he almost saw hell with unbearable pains and with no food & medicine.
like this, I can give many examples. I suspected something is wrong in that hospital.
Scanning reports have come and doctors declared spine surgery. But after seeing their negligence we decided not to go for surgery in that hospital so we asked them to discharge we will go Hyderabad but manager convinced us, he said doctors are good here, we will take action on that staff and won't be repeated.
The next day of surgery they called us and said patient developed postoperative complications they can't handle and suggested to shift toHyderabad "KIMS", if they don't have mechanism to handle postoperative complication why should they convince us to undergo surgery with them only?!
Some people came and said ambulance is ready, after some time another ambulance people came and started negotiating with us, we felt disgusted and said our ambulance is already ready butthey said they brought new ambulance with the latest equipment, we were lured with the word "latest equipment" we thought if any emergency occurs to my dad on the way he will be saved with that "latest equipment" so we said ok to them and same informed to first ambulance people, but they felt they will lose their business deal and without asking our permission directly shifted our dad to their ambulance, we got angry, told them to shift to second ambulance, again he was shifted to the second ambulance, imagine your pain when your dad is in critical condition and he was shifting from one ambulance to another ambulance like a "business" object, I got tears seeing my dad in that situation.
Later I came to know that they do not have own ambulance facility, ward boys & all other staff calls ambulances for higher rates and gets commissions in that amount, like this, they encash their hospital patient's critical condition.
Upon reaching hospital in Hyderabad doctors checked my dad and declared him dead:( doctors said why they did surgery when patient has breathing issue that too that surgery is not necessary now, that means doctors are also negligent in that hospital, we are shocked, depressed maybe even for years also we cannot get out of this depression we are feeling with our hands only we killed our father.
I also got to know what is that "something wrong" in that hospital recently management has changed, management of "Amma"hospitals took over Kurnool "Omni" hospital and Omni management did not give them 3 months salary hence neglecting patients and taking revenge in this way, this clearly explains the unethical attitude of Omni hospital management and the same is towards patients.
Finally, since there is no zero stars I gave one star so if you want to kill your loved one with your own hands then go to "Omni" hospitals. friends, anyhow we could not save our father at least we want our experience to be useful for others if at least one person saved with this review my father's soul will rest in peace.
