Poor Service. Review on Omer Bus Travels, Hyderabad

We travelled by Omer Bus Travels in an AC Sleeper on 19th June along with my wife and 6 months old kid. We chose to travel by AC Sleeper coach for convenience. At 2 pm in the night our bus was stopped by RTO near to Adilabad and we were in the jungle till 6 pm. At 6.30 pm our bus got a chalan for not having route clearence from Hyderabad to Amravati. They have seized the bus and even after request from passengers RTO did not listened. When we reached at Adilabad depo we were told that now we need to find our own means of travel.

We were awake entire night and then with an infant and three large bags we need to get down and find bus for Amravati. There was no support from Omer Bus Driver neither they have made any alternative arrangement. Even for refund of the ticket they have told the passengers to come to Hyd office. This was the worst experience of my life and sincerely would like to make you all caution that before journey you should ask the tour operator whether they have the required licenses or not otherwise you will also have the same bad experience.
