Pathetic as always. Review on Olx Autos

I had to sell my Kia Seltos GTX Plus DCT 2019 model, Which had just run 25K, Single owner.

I had already done inspections with Spinny, Mahindra and more, Finally had to OLX as I thought it would give a better price.

So once I reached them, As usual, their unprofessional customer support started calling me 10 times a day. So next the online evaluation was between 15Lkhs to 17.5 Lakhs if excellent condition, I was happy with that.

Next physical inspection, Which I scheduled the next day as I had very less time because other competitors has locked the price and just 2 days to accept the agreement. These guys rescheduled my inspection with a silly reason stating your address not mentioned completely. If it was not then you must have command sense to call me to correct it or atleast let me know we have cancelled the inspection appointment, But no.

Finally, I called them waiting for the entire day, Same bullshit answer "address is not updated", Fine address update done. One day waste.

Next day I get inspection engineer visit. He takes 1 hour and finally tells me, sir, your car is in very good condition and I have 5 out of 5 rating and you will get best price.

Next, I dont get call from OLX, I reach them and they informed me it's still under auction and you will get the call soon, They have this pathetic OTP step to unlock your price. I get a SMS with code and executive number to contact them and provide code to know the price. I tried calling that number for nearly 4 hours but not reachable, Finally called customer care again and silly answer, We will note a complaint and this will be solved in the next 24 hours. Oh man, this is bullshit. Then finally I called the same inspection guy he helped in getting some contact then my price was unlocked.

Now next interesting top about offer price. Guess what! they quoted my car for 13Lakhs, 2 lakhs less than any local or competitors in the market and they want to accept it within 24 hours and then 10k non refundable will be deducted. Why bullshit security deposit when you guys are buying it from me? For what joy? Then they hold you 10% for 10 days which is OK.

So finally I lost offers from Spinny, Cars 14 and Mahindra waiting for these nonsense Fxxxxx OLX auto. And someone calls me and tells me, SIr, we will put you back for auction as many people have not seen it I guess! So OLX puts our car for auction for the whole India and not only Bangalore and as per them, no one checks it for entire day! wow.

So finally I had re-inspect my car with Spinny and get the value of 14.8 for which I had to be loss of 30K and sell it.

So morally don't waste your time with OLX. These are hopeless guys with less ethics. And they will ask you for atleast 20% less than market price after wasting so much of your valuable time.
