It was the time of evening when I booked ola cab to travel from gym to my house.First of all there was no cab showing available near my location.
Then after after 15 min I book the cab and waited 20 min for his arrival but the cab did not came.I called the driver but he told that the booking was being by him. I told him how he can cancel without informing but then he started talking rudely and we had a quarrel in this matter. We cannot trust the drivers as they are not well trained .
