Hi everyone, today I would like to share how I was cheated by the ola cabs. I booked the ola cab to reach the bus boarding point. Usually I use to reach fifteen minutes before the bus departure time. This time I was late, the cab driver who is suppose to pick us from our location, he said my booking was cancelled and he is about to attend the other passenger. Where as in app it shown as my booking status still active. When I said application still shows your cab number for me. He said just try to rebook you will come to now. When I tried to rebook the old booking was cancelled. And my wallet shown negative balance. On my second booking additional cancellation charges was shown. Luckily I saw the splitup and opened the other service provider app and booked the cab. Unfortunately I was late by ten minutes, but the bus was still there.
Whenever the driver says trip cancelled kindly dont rush to rebooking. Wait for some time and if no response from driver then contact customer care and convey this issue. I hope ola management will look into this loop hole and take necessary action.
