I did not know so much irresponsible this cab service is:
I wanted to get benefit of 200 Off for first time user, could not get this because app is very slow and not user friendly in providing the pickup point. It is also resetting and starting the app again and again after few steps of booking. Bad Experience!
Since I needed the cab immediately, I opted to call up and book the cab. I did not get confirmation message in the expected time duration, when I called up again to check the status and driver details, by that time I received cab, driver details.
Cab was expected to arrive at 10:05 am, when called up driver at 10:18 am, he was still 5 km away. It started getting unreliable at that moment. Tried to call up few times further at 10:25, driver stopped picking the call.
Called up helpdesk, they informed that driver is on the way without realizing that it is already delayed by 20 min.
Without appropriate confirmation, they changed the driver and informed me.
When I called up the new driver, he was not aware of the trip and his cab was not in the route. He might have been informed after 10 min, when again he asked me about the trip, by that time it was already around 1 hr delay so I had to cancel it.
The only good part was that in the conversation with helpdesk when I asked about compensation, they mentioned to call help desk once the trip is completed to get the right compensation of delay, since the trip never happened, not aware how much it would have been of use.
