Ola cabs once its a good taxi service in Hyderabad. but when it give service via phone. it is so easy to hire a cab, but now come's to app service. ever worst service. recently I booked cab from attapur to somajiguda to a hospital, I got a otp number and phone number of the driver, so I called the driver to come and pick-up. but he went to another client near attapur. and I tried another cab. it displays 50rs extra charges for cancellation of cab. even though I tried for another cab of ola. and I got otp number and phone number of driver too. then I called the driver number 9908182493. he told that he was on offline. ola cabs now became's worst service now a days.
