I booked my cab this morning and the cab was not arrived to the right place. It seems that the driver was waiting in the next street and he doesn't turn in to me pickup point due to the bad coordination and approach of the coordinator who spoke to me.
Until the driver cancels the booking he did not spoke to me. Meanwhile the coordinator argues and confronting that I mentioned wrong location and he shall not come to the pickup point that I am navigating.
Again I booked a new cab through the Ola app and clearly noticed in the app. The app is showing the exact location where I am.
After some time a new driver picked up and spoke to me(the coordinator knows that I am one who is booking again and he asked the driver to speak to me) and asked for the location. He replied that it is showing the location which is nearby my street.
Now I realized that its not my fault its app's fault.
If the coordinator does not interfere between me and the driver I could have navigate him to come to correct location.
DUE TO THIS DELAY I LOST MY APPOINTMENT and a sum of Rs.1000 travel cost as well.

Cons: Coordinator's approach(Very Very Very poor customer care approach) Ola app accuracy Ola app options(most of the time it doesn't show cheapest options) Ola app always shows premium option and we need to pay more that what the other cab cost for the travel Ola started showing its domination in travel industry market
