Today around 2.40am I booked ola cab to nori hospital which is located in Gandhi Nagar coz my six month baby is in serious respiratory condition and we decided to go to hospital and booked the cab.
His name is Vishnu m and his CRN 4501476920. I called him before he reaches the point because of baby’s condition and that cab driver didn’t call me back. I only took my 2 wheeler and rush to main road where I met him and told him that I booked the cab to Nori Hospital because of my baby’s serious respiratory condition and my phone battery was also low, I didn’t check my battery. I told him to please make it fast, he said this is very narrow road and my car cannot be reversed.
I told him that I am using ola cabs past one year, none of them didn’t told this reason and also I convinced him that there’s couple of apartments you can reverse the cab there then he said ok I will follow you to your home and I came to my home to park my 2 wheeler and waiting for the cab.
Butvishnu (Cab driver) cancelled the cab and I was shocked so again I booked another ola cab with in seconds, this time the driver is quite and polite. He came to the exact point location, his name is RamMohan Reddy and his CRN 4501481609. He dropped us near Nori hospital and I am very thankful to him.
Ola cabs management, please look into this complaint, I am expecting a call from the management and please take this seriously and remove that idiot from Ola cabs Serviece if it all happens I will be more happy so that no one will face this tough situation what happened to me today midnight. As you can see the picture am uploading of that illiterate Vishnu m cab details and CRN number.
Now I am back to home by Olacab and my baby is also fine. If any one call me to ask proofs also, I can submit as you know everything thru app.
I am expecting a call in less than 24 hours. I’m not thankful untill you people remove that idiot from cab service. If it all happens, I will much appreciate the management.
