I am using Ola cab for last two months. Till my last ride I am happy with Ola cab. But I got a bad experience with Ola cab in my last ride. I booked cab on Monday for Tuesday ride. I booked it on Monday night. My ride time was next day morning 5.30. I apply my free coupon code for that ride. Booking was done and Coupon also applied. Everything was fine up to that. I got message like your ride driver details will be sent to you half hour before your ride. Morning I got call from Ola cab driver he asked my area, after hearing my location he is telling that “I am not willing to come that area sir I will cancel the trip “ then he cut the call.
Again I am trying another cab then the same one is available and same person accepted the trip with some hesitates. But I can’t apply my coupon code its showing that it’s expired. In this Half hour I got much tension and it’s wasted my time too. Why these people are this much careless with customers. They should concentrate on these things to make customers enjoy their trip. Please be prepared for anything if you are booking through “Ride later” option in Ola cab.
