I used to use Ola a lot back 2016. I shifted my loyalty to Uber of course for obvious reasons and here, the reviews are quite what I was expecting. Anyhow, I am writing this today because recently I had to take an Ola to reach the airport and boy the harassment! The drivers are not informed about roads. They take forever to locate your address and if they somehow even manage to reach, they are invariably late. The minute they pick up phone and say "hello" you know what you are in for and just how long might it take you to explain them to reach where you want them to reach!
If you have indefinite time in your hand, be Ola's guest!
