I used this app in an emergency when I was unable to use my other cab booking app i.e. Uber; I booked a cab on Ola and had a good experience.
TOUR OPERATOR: Yes, he was helpful and talked me with with full patience and answered my all questions very well.
TOUR GUIDE EXPERTISE: Yes, till date I've booked many ola cabs, and found out that their drivers expertise in their work, and knows almost every shortcut and each road.
TRAVEL CONVENIENCE: Every tour was very good, time saving and convenient driver with maintained cars.
The only drawback was its price, it offers a very high revenue to pay, and sometimes on a busy day, it even offers 2 to 3 times higher than simple revenue. Besides it this app and its service in up to the mark.
