I am having many concerns and since many days very very disappointed.
From last month I am regularly using ola share door to door for work because I have a medical knee condition I cant walk, there is a terrible pain in the operated knee.
1)First three days the ola share was 70/-, next two days with same route and same traffic it was 134, and the third day it was 250, when I did not take the cab for 250 then next day I got 132 and proceeding days also it was 130 or 160, not 250, I never got fare of 70/- post then .
2)Average waiting time is 40 mins while when u book they say 15 mins.
3)Once it happened that the driver canceled once after I waited 20 mins and again I called another cab and waited 30 mins.
4)One day the driver was mentally unstable who was shouting at me when I told him that navigator is wrong.
5) Yesterday one driver calls from 500 meters away from the pickup location and demanded me to reach there. I have a medical knee condition because of which I am using cab services if I was able to walk then I could have taken the bus only. So I canceled it.
6)Navigator is not correct if I typically use my current service then driver calls from somewhere and says location is different and if I type my address then driver says the navigation ended at a distance 500 meter away. I had to cancel that ride and I lost temper because on requesting him to come as the knee is hurting still he did not come to pick. where is humanity?
7) Yesterday's second driver was on call without handsfree .he was holding his mobile near his ear and me and on the other side, it was a lady talking loudly. I have recorded the same as a proof and later when the other girl left suddenly the driver raised the volume od music system and the song was aashique banaya apne. I told him to shut the music or change the song how cheap and what a shame.
8)Saturday's driver was shouting and speaking so rude. they don knows how to speak to a lady.
yesterday I gave feedback in the company and today the fare is coming 284/-, I wonder where our country is leading.
I will take the bus only because I can't afford this fare, till now the fare was definitely affordable but that was before I gave my feedback to Ola.
There was a time when telecom companies were exploiting people's mind and money and then came Jio, a revolution and Karm showed its existence.I wish to my God that Ambani Sir come into this cab business soon .there are very few heroes .others are just money makers and selfish companies!
