I have been using ola past few months and the service and comfort it provides is very good. I have booked ola few months before for my father to take him to the hospital for regular checkup. I thought that driver may not drive comfortably on the bumpy roads but the driver was very much careful in driving seeing my father's condition .

The driver was very much helpful and he was very calm and focused while driving. After reaching hospital he helped me in supporting my father to bring him out of car as my father condition was not such that he can walk on his own support . The driver nature was very good .

Many a times it happens that driver takes big route so that he can charge more for the time taken but what my experience was that he took me through the shortest poosible route and he knew the route very well and knew how to avoid traffic places very well .

I had booked a prime sedan(generally comes Indigo car in this) and the car condition was very good. It had AC and the seats were hygenic and comfortable. The service was very much satisfying for me. Ola also provides time to time offers and coupons also which saves money.

Ola has a wide range of options like mini, micro, auto, rentals, outstation, prime sedan etc. We can take cars on rent for certain time period and also we can book ola for long journey like going outside city. And you can book cab through app and it's very much easy to use .

I am completely satisfied and will recommend others to once try it and then believe.
