I had a similar experience for my airport drop on an early morning flight.On booking through ola cabs, it showed a wrong pick up location.I informed their call center and was told that they have corrected in the system, but the booking details continued to show the wrong the location. Again I called up in the evening and informed them, yet they convinced me that it is corrected. Unfortunately, the next morning, there was no trace of the cab, but received the driver details.On calling up the driver, he told that he is in the wrong location.I had to call up their call center and fortunately, they sent me another cab which reached me almost an hour late. The can driver was reeking of liquor too. Ola needs to revamp their operations more efficiently.
