Today, it was the worst experience that I ever had with my OLA booking. I booked a share cab from Ghaziabad to Noida and used a share pass too on the booking. It showed me Rs 249 during the booking but when I sat in the cab the money which was deducted from my OLA money balance was Rs464.
I was very frustrated so I called customer support during the ride but they didn’t did anything except the false and delayed promises and response and kept me on hold too multiple times. They litteraly were telling me that the money got deducted from OLA money so it was prepaid and hence they can’t do anything to help. If it would have been on cash then they would have tried to do something. Thats disgusting customer service.
They just want the customer’s money and dont want to give any type of customer service at all. They are just money greedy emoloyees and company which don’t do or even try to do anything to handle the customer except their fake promises.If it would have been Rs464 then I would have booked a prime not a shared cab as Im not mad. They just literally looted the customer and they just continue to do that.
My OSN1099393399 for the ride which was the worst and the last ride on OLA for me as I will never be using OLA in future at all after this disgusting customer service and corrupted app and service.
