First of all I want to share my opinion on ola cab services, after that I will give my bad experience with the cab operator. It is a big branded cab service in india no doubt in it. But I didnt liked there travelling charges which I paod in my opinoin I paid a lot compared to other cab services, because I paid 2300 rupees. This made me negative on this cab services. Haa coming to travelling experience the cab driver behaved rudely and not giving correct information when I asked them, they said me it will take 1 hour 30 minutes from chennai central to pondicherry, but it took more than 2 hours, . His information and accuracy about what I asked was not correct. Air condition in the cab was not working properly, this made me inconvenience for me. I fully give negative rating and next time I wont opt for ola cabs. It is better to go by train.
