I am much his services ola is providing. It is not a mismangement at single level, though it sound ride is not good. I am use 1 year ago his service.
There drivers do not pick up calls and then ola cabs in forms me that my cab is delayed by 40 min. While I am lebit stranded at the railway station jaipur. I am using 45 km to ola share pass so charges 340. And pick up are 40 min that is very bad.
I do not know what the driver has spoken to convince them, but noting happended. And by the time I reached the point .i am late for my home mid night.and my bill amout 340 and same got deducted from ola money and I was charged cash also.
Too I am not happy for ola cabs.
