I have taken total 5 rides in chennai. 2 ride in OLA mini and 3 rides in OLA Sedan. Below is positive and negative points which I've experienced with them.
1] OLA App worked perfectly, Drivers came almost on time!
2] In all ride I felt like driver taken us in somewhat long route.
3] OLA Mini cab drivers were like rickshaw driver. [ kind of gali ka goonda type ]
4] Pricing was good. If you are in unknown place, it's better to go with ola cab than auto rickshaw who's going to loot you:)
