Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience with octave Hotel. We booked hall for function, aling with hall two rooms which is meant for bride side guests and groom side guests. When we entered in to the room the smell of cigratte was too much eventhough the no smoking sticker sticked in the door. We asked the housekeeping guy to apply some fragrant spray. They said there is no spray in hotel. The rest rooms were not properly maintained. There are only two lifts in that one is not working at all. Kindly check the package info before paying the amount, because once you paid the amount they will never bother about your concerns. The aircondition was not working. Along with the package they are offering the third class rooms. Before booking this hotel for any party atleast visit the kitchen, rooms, party hall, dining hall. frankly im telling I got frustrated with their package.
