OctaFX's withdrawal process has become overly complicated recently, with more and more users complaining about rejection and unnecessary demands for bank statements. Initially, I thought these concerns were exaggerated, but I ran into the same issue. It’s baffling why the finance team needs to interfere during withdrawals when there’s already a secure PIN in place. Other brokers like AvaTrade and IG don’t face such problems. The inconsistency—no checks during deposits but excessive scrutiny during withdrawals—is damaging trust. If OctaFX continues these invasive practices, they risk losing loyal customers.
