My experience with Nykaa was such bad because when I ordered my product at 28 and the receiving date was 31 but till now I haven't received my product and their is not a single option or can say numbers of calling to costumer service and I already have done the payment of that product I must say that the team management is giving very pathetic services to the costumers and for that you are loosing your brand Nykaa value
I Hope that this Review of my will help the costumer to have a shopping with Nykaa
And your head Manager should get this message that you atleast attach some help line numbers options to coordinate with your costumer services
You say that your product will be delivered by Xpress bees on tha perticular day and with time but you guys don't exactly do so please stop keeping fooling to the guest
