NYKAA E-RETAIL PRIVATE LTD is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Fraud activity totally. I have ordered my products on 11th of august and delivery date expected 14th of august. They didn’t deliver on the same day. Even till now they didn’t deliver the products. Its 18th of August. Its already prepaid ordered. They always do delay for prepaid orders. I paid 4312 rupees. When i spoke with janvi she is sme , she told that she will check for compensation but she didn’t help out. I had conversation with suhel yesterday he told that his TL gonna call me. He didn’t do that as well. Such a pathetic service provided by Nyka and their delivery partners xspresbee. Nykaa service team unable to inform me where my products actually. I have requested to return my amount and give the product free of cost because of delay on delivery. Its almost 5 days delay. And I don’t know how many days further more.
