I had very bad experience with Nykaa. I ordered products in Nykaa’s Hot Pink Sale, for which they advertised on the front page of TOI and also on their official Instagram handle saying ‘you will get a free gift(Laneige lip balm) if your order’s total is above 599’. My total bill was Rs795 still I haven’t received any gift. Also, I ordered lotus white cream and on packing it’s written ‘Free Lotus Vitamin C Fashwash’ but still I have not received that also.
I have been complaining about this issue since last 25 days and haven’t received any positive response from the team. I would not recommend Nykaa to anyone ever. It’s the worst app ever and also team doesn’t care for customers satisfaction.
