EXTREMELY POOR CONSTRUCTION

Review on Nyati Emerald, Baner, Pune

I am extremely disappointed with the construction quality provided by Nyati Group. Despite their claims of delivering premium properties, the reality has been far from acceptable. Here are some specific issues I have faced:

1. Subpar Materials: The materials used in construction are clearly of low grade. Tiles are uneven, plumbing fixtures are of poor quality, and walls already show cracks within months of possession.

   
   




2. Lack of Finishing: The finishing work is sloppy at best. Uneven paintwork, ill-fitted windows, and poorly aligned doors are glaring examples of their negligence.

   
   




3. Delayed Repairs: Despite multiple complaints, there has been no proper response from the maintenance team. Issues like water leakage and electrical faults have been ignored.

   
   




4. Hidden Costs: After-sales service is terrible, and additional costs keep popping up without explanation or resolution.

   
   

Given the high prices and promises made during the purchase, this level of quality is entirely unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly inspect any Nyati property before investing and think twice before trusting their marketing promises.
